Michael Polk Leads Implus Corporation as Interim CEO Amid Leadership Shift
DURHAM, N.C. — Implus Corporation, a leading provider of athletic, fitness, and outdoor
accessories, has announced the appointment of Michael Polk as Interim Chief
Executive Officer. The transition follows the departure of current CEO Seth
Richards and President Todd Vore, who are stepping down to explore other opportunities.
Michael Polk, who brings extensive experience in the consumer products sector, will guide
Implus through its next phase of growth. “Implus has experienced
tremendous growth for over two decades under Seth and Todd,” stated Dave

Michael Polk is joining the company.”
Polk’s distinguished career includes a tenure as President and CEO of Newell Brands
from 2011 to 2019. He also held leadership roles at Unilever and Kraft, and
began his career at Procter & Gamble. Additionally, Michael Polk serves on
the Boards of Directors for Colgate-Palmolive and Logitech International.
