He spent 40% of his career traveling, and during the flights, he could read books about current events. He occasionally liked Tom Clancy’s novel suspense thrillers and Stephen King’s fictional page-turners. He traveled to Asia, South America, Europe, and the Middle East for various businesses. He liked associating with people and having conversations wherever he was because he believed he could learn something new. Alex A Molinaroli has different career moves that he advises people to use, including focusing on sales, gaining global experience, setting up your own business, and learning from your mistakes.

He believes that the world is male-dominated, so it’s vital to support women and the minority to help them invest. He continued to nurture women’s leadership even after retiring, and by 2021, 8.1% of women ascended to the CEO position as per the annual fortune 500 list of CEOs, which was the highest percentage after a year.

Even after retirement, his routine is still the same. His daily routine is taking a cup of coffee and later taking a long walk or riding a bicycle. He said that he doesn’t like sitting in boardrooms anymore but prefers golfing or fishing. He also enjoys watching TV to see the people he is familiar with and misses them.
