DURHAM, N.C., Feb. 10, 2020—Implus Corporation has announced a significant leadership transition,
appointing Michael Polk as Interim Chief Executive Officer. This change follows
the departure of former CEO Seth Richards and President Todd Vore, who led the
company through two decades of substantial growth.
Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus, having previously served as
President and CEO of Newell Brands. His extensive career also includes
leadership roles at Unilever, Kraft, and The Procter & Gamble Company.
