Dean Omar as a Firm of Substance

Dean Omar, the lawyer representing the victims in the trial that involved the Valve Co, a company where the victims got exposed to asbestos. Thomas Glenn was an employee at Valve Co, and one of the valves that were leaking was made by a company known as Fisher Controls International LLC. Dean Omar was quick to prove to the jury from South Carolina that the Company acted in reckless and wanton willful cases that saw victims lose their lives. In this case, the jury awarded the victim $5.1 million in compensation and damages forwarded to the victim’s window.

Dean Omar in the court session at Anderson County was successful. He ensured the jury in the same court came out with a verdict that held Fisher Controls International accountable for negligence in their valve that caused unwanted death to the Valve Co employee. The jury from Anderson County also found the Company guilty of breaching their warranty when selling their products, such as valves, which they were aware was faulty and led to the Mesothelioma case where people lost their lives. One of the victims who was also the plaintiff and complainant, in this case, was Rita Joyce Glenn, who happened to lose her husband in the situation. As her attorney Dean Omar, elaborates, Thomas Glenn, who lost his life through asbestos exposure from valves built by Fisher Controls International LLC, also worked in a company that experienced a similar situation. This Company also had its valves sourced from Fisher Controls International LLC. Thomas Glenn was a former employee of Duke Energy that suffered a similar fate as Valve Co.
