Larry Baer, the Giants CEO is passionate about sports. After graduating from Harvard Business School and UC Berkeley, he joined the media industry serving in CBS Inc and Westinghouse Broadcasting. Larry then moved to work for major league Baseball. Baer was born and raised in San Francisco, and in early 1990 he got the opportunity to serve in the Baseball team in his region known as the Giant.

Being a lover of Baseball games, Larry climbed the leadership ladder in the sports organization, becoming the SF Giants CEO in 2012. Before, Giant was not doing well in competitions. After Larry Baer joined the team as the Chief Executive Officer, the Baseball team recorded a win in 2014; it continued doing well, getting the third prestigious World Series title.
