It might be a successful real estate firm now, but just how did Greycoat manage to become one of the biggest companies in England? Well, it all started when he was first born in Oxford in the fall of 77.
He knew he wanted to be a success but was not yet sure what he wanted to do with his life. So, before Greycoat agency, when he first got to the University of Oxford in the fall of ’99, he opted to major in chemistry of all things (CoStar).
When he graduated in the spring of ’03, he took the first job he could get working as an associate investment banker in the heart of London. Before the idea of founding Greycoat, he remained in this role for over two and a half years until he got an offer to become the new director of Rockpoint Group.
Rockpoint Group is a real estate private equity firm headquartered in Boston. He liked the position but soon figured out something was missing from his life. So after six years with the company, he eventually left the position to become the new CEO of Greycoat, one of the largest firms in the nation.
